Fairfax, VA meetup

We will be outside the Art & Visual Technology (Art & Design) Building at George Mason University.

Get onto Braddock Road (VA-620), and take the Roanoke Rd entrance into GMU (it is across from University Mall and the Sunoco station). Lot K will be on your left, and it is free to park there in the evenings. Once you have parked, walk around the right side of Mason Pond, following Patriot Circle. The Patriot Center will be on your left, and the pond on your right. Veer right to stay on Patriot Circle, then veer left to cross Mattaponi River Ln and get onto the sidewalk. Walk up the hill and past Innovation Hall (on the left). The AVT Building will be on the right; it is a very modern-looking, concrete and steel building. The signs near it all say Art & Design Building, so look for those; however, I think the art students and faculty refer to it as the Art & Visual Technology Building, so keep that in mind if you stop someone and ask directions. Walk to the far side of the building and turn right. The main entrance is made of glass and is technically the second level of the building. We will be outside the main entrance.
