Dedicated to improving the minds, bodies and spirits of themselves and those around them! Hooping provides an inexpensive, low-impact workout that people of any age can do anytime. Hooping is also playful and fun, helping to lift the mood almost immediately. Just add music, or you can even hoop while you’re watching your favorite TV shows!
